The study reviewed the state of the arts in the community through a survey of arts and cultural organizations, an analysis of the publicly available financial statements of arts organizations, and a series of panel discussions on Major Cultural Institutions, Cultural Tourism, Diversity in the Arts, Education, Innovations, and the Media.  The report included several specific recommendations to promote and ensure the vitality of arts and culture in the community.
