The Onondaga Citizens League Board of Directors announced the election of officers for 2014-2015:

Merike TreierPresident: Merike Treier of Syracuse is Executive Director of the Downtown Committee of Syracuse, Inc. She also serves as the president of the Downtown Syracuse Foundation, Inc., and is a board member for the Gifford Foundation, Onondaga County Public Library, Housing Visions Unlimited and Adapt CNY, Inc.

Vice President: Michael Feng is the VP of System Integration at Progressive Expert Consulting, Inc. He is one of the founding members of CNY Crossroads, a non-denominational Christian organization in the Syracuse area. He is also a member of Board of Trustees for the Gifford Foundation and is active in the community.

Secretary: Laurie Black is the Administrator at Syracuse 20/20, representing the Board in the community and providing policy and program support to the Board. Laurie previously served as the Shea Community School Coordinator and worked in State Government in Albany and Maryland. Laurie is a board member for Boys & Girls Clubs of Syracuse and has volunteered with numerous local organizations.

Treasurer: Paul Mahalick is a Certified Public Accountant with Grossman St. Amour CPAs. He leads the firm’s Equestrian Accounting Services group as well as the LGBT and Non-Traditional Families Practice Group. Paul is a member of the Board of Directors of the Syracuse Invitational Sporthorse Tournament and is an adjunct professor of accounting and taxation at SUNY Oswego.
