The study report provides a picture of the current state of civic leadership in the greater Syracuse area and provides practical strategies for change.  The study process included a number of innovations including a one-day local leadership conference, a televised community leadership forum, publishing of the full report in the Syracuse newspaper, and a follow-up effort by two local foundations and the Syracuse Newspapers.
