Housing conditions and the housing market have been a preeminent concern for Syracuse. A great deal of effort and resources has been aimed at rehabilitating housing, promoting home ownership, addressing abandoned property, and generally improving housing options.  The study is intended to review various approaches to housing revitalization and stabilization in Syracuse neighborhoods and recommend actions for improvement.
