The Onondaga Citizens League solicits ideas for study topics from the OCL membership and the community at large. A committee of OCL members reviews suggested topics and presents recommendations to the OCL Board.   Please share your ideas for future study topics with us!  Deadline for submission of 2016 study topic suggestions is September 30!
