Thursday Morning Roundtable will celebrate 50 years of civic education at a special breakfast event on Wednesday, October 14, 2015.  TMR, a program of University College, spurred the creation of the Onondaga Citizens League in 1978.  Charles Blow, an op-ed columnist for The New York Times and a CNN commentator, will be the special guest. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Levi L.
